Very informative, got more info from it then I ever thought I would. Very good idea to run a search on yourself just to see what it comes up with. I did and was surprised!!! Really like the fact that I can save reports once I run them and being able to share and print them is helpful too. Good app, wish other options like phone and e-mail reports were included in monthly price but I get it. UPDATE Mar 2024, I noticed when I run a report 2nd time diff info is shown? Some stuff not incl 2nd time.
Better app than others when it works. I pay monthly for this app for about 2 yrs.. The 1st year it worked great, no problems. Unfortunately, in the past year I get an error message almost every time I look someone up. Sometimes it will let me see the results of 1 person, but when I try a 2nd person I get the error. Some days I get the error on all inquiries. I have Uninstalled and re-installed it but that didn't help. I have sent about 5 messages to the support team, but no response.
Pretty much as I expected. A small "taste" of info but anything of USA requires you to create an "account" and then ("wait for it!") Send them some rather spendy (for basic "data") MONEY! I'll pass. I'm pretty sure I didn't shoot JFK or have a few parking tickets. Also, the list of "Associates" is dominated by people who I've never heard of which seems rather odd. If they can't get THAT right I find that a problem.
